With refurbished notebooks you have the opportunity to buy professional business devices with very high quality at above-average prices. By buying used, refurbished notebooks, significantly fewer resources are required compared to a new product. This saves CO² and thus makes an important contribution to the environment.

Make sure the devices have been repaired by a professional remanufacturer. These include, in particular, so-called Microsoft-authorized Refurbishers, which are checked by Microsoft and are subject to strict requirements and are allowed to license the refurbished devices in a legally compliant manner.  In addition, they ensure that the used notebooks are of high quality. Other quality features can be a longer guarantee period than legally stipulated, e.g. 24 or 36 months. ComputerG imports laptops from so-called authorized refurbishers only.

ComputerG provides a 12-month warranty for used notebooks and can optionally extend this to 24 months.

• Grade A: Device is in a very good condition with minimal wear and tear boxed in 3rd Party Box
• Grade A-: Device is in mint conditioin with minor visible wear and tear
• Grade B: Device is in a good working condition with medium visible wear and tear
• Grade C: Device is in a good working condition but can have a visible dent, crack or missing part
